At Surron, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
